Bonita Springs City Hall Renovation

Construction management services were provided for an HVAC replacement and expansive building renovation to Bonita Springs City Hall. The interior of the upstairs was renovated to accommodate more functional, modern, and technologically current workstations for employees. Security features were enhanced during the renovation of the first floor, specifically at the reception desk and in the city council chambers. ADA improvements were made to the building entrances and all restrooms as well.

The renovation also included a complete re-roof, all new flooring, and a fresh coat of paint on all interior walls. After it was determined that the existing windows were leaking and causing mold issues in the building, they were all replaced and tested for water tightness to be sure to provide the City of Bonita Springs with a quality product.
