Cape Coral Fire Training Facility

The Cape Coral Training Facility is a purpose-built campus designed for firefighter education, tactical training, and live-fire exercises. The project includes a five-story Drill Tower, a single-story Administration and Classroom Building, and supporting site infrastructure and utility improvements. The centerpiece of the facility is the reinforced concrete and masonry Drill Tower, a non-habitable structure designed to support realistic emergency response and firefighting training scenarios. By combining classroom instruction with realistic, hands-on training environments, the Cape Coral Training Facility enhances firefighter readiness, improves operational effectiveness, and supports the ongoing professional development of emergency response personnel throughout the region. The facility represents a long-term investment in public safety, providing first responders with the resources and infrastructure needed to train safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
