Immokalee Recreational Center

This Seminole Tribe of Florida project involved the construction of a two-story community and recreation facility, including a weight room, CrossFit area, play spaces, offices, event rental areas, a Boys & Girls Club, and a full basketball court with scoreboards and PA systems. The project also included a pool area, retaining walls, a utility yard with a full chiller plant, and extensive architectural features such as decorative tile accents, aluminum canopies, perforated metal panels, tilt-wall construction, and angled rooflines. Additional scope included storefronts, access control, specialty ceilings, high-end interior finishes, furniture installation, fire protection and alarm systems, low-voltage infrastructure, utility connections, and complete site development, including roadways, curb and gutter, and associated civil improvements.
