Colonial Country Club 

Interior and exterior renovation and expansion of an existing clubhouse initially built in 2003. The 20,000 SF renovation included an expanded kitchen, expanded bar, expanded dining areas, renovated restrooms, renovated offices, renovated fountain, added mechanical equipment, all new ductwork, new lighting controls and lights, new windows, sidewalks, and pavers.   This project was recognized as a 2021 Lee BIA Summit Award winner.
