Seminole Tribe Of Florida Pemayetv Emahakv Charter School

This project was comprised of five buildings––two 9,500 SF classroom buildings, an administration building, a maintenance building, garage space, and a chiller/generator. The scope also included the expansion of the existing cafeteria building and kitchen renovation. A fully landscaped playground and a courtyard area with bronze bust statues were created between the two classroom buildings. A large garden area with chickee huts and an excavated pond round out the features of the project. All buildings consisted of concrete block structures with structural steel and metal joist roof construction. A combination of both flat roofing and pitched metal roofing was used on the various buildings.
