Lehigh Acres Fire Station 103

Wright Construction provided design-build services for the 2-story 5,485 SF Fire Station #103. Included in the project was a complete demolition and renovation of the existing structure. The station received all new HVAC and electrical systems, a fire sprinkler system, and a complete re-roof. The existing apparatus bays received a new epoxy floor system, new exhaust fans, and painting of the existing overhead doors which were able to be salvaged. Site improvements consisted of new concrete drives on both sides of the station as well as new concrete parking, landscaping, and site utility upgrades.
