JetBlue Park

Wright Construction made structural repairs to the eight year old JetBlue Park, the Spring Training Facility for the Boston Red Sox baseball team. The repairs included removing and reinstalling guardrails, as they had become loose, making it unsafe for individuals to use. The exposed trusses were cleaned, repaired, and finished off with an industrial coating. Replacements included the gutter drain-pans, the fasteners on the “Batters-Eye” screen, the jumbotron support structure, and all cable-suspended signs. All of the concrete walkways were either repaired and coated or completely re-done. Due to water intrusion and spalling, the visitor’s dugout was damaged, calling for repairs to be made on the concrete retaining wall. Additionally, repairs were made to the concrete seating area known as the “Green Monster.”
