Cape Coral Fire Station 2

New construction of a 10,559 SF fire station built to withstand a Category 5 hurricane in Lee County, FL. The $4 million, Class E building features three apparatus bays, over 77 feet in length, seven bunk rooms for on duty crews, quality and durable finishes throughout, multiple layers of weather protection, and a full backup power generator. All windows were inspected and passed a water infiltration test to ensure a watertight building. The building structure includes all necessary site work including coordination with the environmental consultant who is monitoring the burrowing owls on-site.
