Mariner High School Exterior Repaint

 This project was comprised of the repainting the exterior side of all buildings and structures at Mariner High School. The project scope included both the main academic campus as well as all auxiliary buildings and athletic facilities. Coordinating working zones with the school staff was paramount to ensure the daily activities at the school never encountered any interruptions during the school year. As part of the project, all damaged EIFS and Stucco surfaces were repaired to prepare to receive the new paint. All sealants were also replaced, which in combination with the rest of the scope, helped keep the building envelope properly sealed.
