San Carlos Fire Station 55

Wright Construction acted as construction manager working for the owner in conjunction with the design team. The project scope included the Construction of a new 6,579 SF fire station with a 572 SF mezzanine within the apparatus bay. Construction consisted of CMU walls with structural steel joists in the living quarters and pre- engineered metal building columns and roof framing in the apparatus bay. The project included 5 bunk rooms, 1 Lieutenant office, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, day room and gym. The exterior of the building included brick accents and stucco. Also included in the project were new concrete paved driveways and parking areas, stormwater retention/ control system as well as all required utility connections and services.
