The 800 LF Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Rosary Wall is a decorative brick masonry wall with raised planters. This project also included six screened pavilions with lighting and ceiling fans and a one-story restroom building with a utility room and two single-user restrooms. Extensive coordination occurred with the waterproofing of the masonry wall prior to installation of the brick. This was to minimize/eliminate the potential for efflorescence appearing on the surface of the finished brick. The wall also includes metal powder coated fencing and gates, along with an architectural metal trellis, raised planters, urns and niches for future statues. Scope features also included concrete masonry block wall on concrete foundation with red brick facade on the front face and stucco on the back wall and capped with pre-cast concrete caps. The metal screened in pavilions included wood truss framing and metal roofs. Surrounding the wall are brick pavers and sidewalks throughout the landscape. Electrical services were also installed to provide electrical connections to the pavilions and future chapels.
