Wright Construction completed constructing Lehigh Fire Station #107 using the design of their Fire Station #102 as the prototype. The structure was built of concrete blocks with a wood truss and metal standing seam roof panel. The station has three bays for emergency vehicles and rollup doors controlled either by sensor or manually. The emergency evacuator exhaust fan in the apparatus bays is activated by NO2/CO2 sensors. There is a full-service kitchen serviced by a 200-gallon propane gas tank, with different pantries for each shift, a 7-bedroom house with a separate station chief room and a gear locker room with benches for convenience. The two parking lots have access control and charging stations. A 200 KW standby diesel generator was installed for full operation of facility during a storm event or power outage. Fire protection includes a 30,000-gallon storage tank and fire pump.
