About the Role
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with clients and design professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and excels in multitasking. Experience in the commercial construction industry, particularly with public and private sector projects, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 is required, and Procore Project Management is preferred.
