About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Civil Superintendent. The Senior Civil Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations, manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing heavy civil construction projects, including roadway, utility, municipal, airport, and site development work. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, owners, design professionals, and stakeholders. The Senior Civil Superintendent will be responsible for driving project success from mobilization through completion while mentoring field staff and maintaining Wright Construction Group's high standards of performance.
