About the Role
Wright Construction Group is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
• Ensure job site safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Drive schedules and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong background in Inspection and quality control, including verification of work against plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Logistics Management for construction projects, coordinating labor, equipment, and material flows to support efficient site operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Several years of progressive experience managing commercial and institutional projects, preferably in a general contracting environment.
Knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 is required, and Procore Project Management .
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site daily in Fort Myers, FL, conduct regular field walks, and support multiple projects as needed.
