About the Role
The Superintendent plays a crucial role in coordinating all daily construction activities and maintaining the highest standards on the field. This role requires full utilization of Procore for project documentation, reports, field questions, issues, and accessing all submittals, plans, specs, and subcontracts. The Superintendent enforces our corporate values by upholding strict safety standards, driving the project schedule, ensuring top-tier quality, and delivering exceptional value. Building collaborative relationships with subcontractors, design teams, and client stakeholders is essential.
